1. How to Place an Order
Ordering from us is simple. We work directly with you to ensure you get the exact quantities and packaging you need.

Request a Quote: Contact us via our website contact form or email us directly with the products and quantities you are interested in.

Receive Proforma Invoice: Our team will review your request and send you a formal Proforma Invoice. This document will detail the product costs, shipping fees, and estimated delivery time.

Confirm & Pay: Once you review and approve the invoice, proceed with the payment method suited to your order type (see below).

Processing & Shipping: As soon as payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order for shipment.
2. Payment Methods
To ensure security and efficiency, we use different payment channels depending on the size and nature of your order.
For Official & Bulk Orders
For all official commercial orders, wholesale purchases, and private labeling contracts, we exclusively use International Bank Transfer.

Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT/IBAN): This is the standard, most secure method for international trade. It ensures a verifiable paper trail for your accounting and ours.

Details: All necessary banking coordinates (IBAN, SWIFT code, and Bank Address) will be provided clearly on your Proforma Invoice.

Note: Please mention your Invoice Number in the transfer description to ensure fast allocation of funds.

For Samples & Small Orders
We understand that when you need samples, speed is essential. For small sample requests or trial orders where the amount is low, we accept faster, more flexible payment methods.

PayPal: Ideal for quick, secure payments for samples. It allows you to pay via credit card or balance instantly so we can ship your samples immediately.

MoneyGram / Western Union: We also accept money transfer services for small sample payments if you prefer not to use PayPal.
